Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement Lean methodologies to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery) and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience in high-volume environments
- Proven track record of leading teams of 15+ employees
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement initiatives
