Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory against packing lists.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Package items securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid photo ID and legal right to work in the United States.
