Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Load, unload, and stack products accurately to ensure inventory integrity.Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to maintain safety standards.Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and delivery notes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and potential issues.Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification is required.Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices.Basic math skills for inventory counting and weight calculations.Ability to work in various weather conditions, including loading docks and outdoor areas.Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
