Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and manage inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S methodology
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Train on new equipment and safety protocols as required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
