Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation in warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent hazards
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
