Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stockrooms efficiently.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; Entry Level candidates welcome to apply.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
