Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is handled with care.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (valid for sit-down and stand-up forklifts).
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
