Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to update inventory records accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse shelves and storage units.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
