Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately load/unload trucks and move inventory to designated storage areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization duties
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
