Job Overview:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for processing orders through our warehouse management system and preparing them for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from shelves according to order tickets using handheld scanners.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Load trucks efficiently and securely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
