Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
