Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and shipping of all items to prevent damage.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely.
- Performing daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
