Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items from warehouse shelves according to digital order tickets with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling to prevent shipment damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-hour shifts.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing items accurately.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid ID required.
- Reliable transportation to the Atlanta facility.
