Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately using handheld scanners.
- Verify item quantities against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
