Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure they are properly packaged and labeled for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and RF guns to update inventory counts in real-time.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the picking and packing stations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Standing/Walking: Must be comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the 8-hour shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order processing.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
