Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and efficiency.
- Scan barcodes and update inventory systems accurately using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
