Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Wrap and label packages securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
