Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper stock organization in the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid License required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
