Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quality and check for damages before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts or pallet jacks, as certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
