Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to warehouse specifications
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
