Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to digital manifests and specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized inventory zones and adhere to FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
