Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick tickets
- Package products securely with appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.)
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
