Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math and literacy skills required
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- No prior warehouse experience needed
- Pass background check and drug screen
