Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
