Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle countingOperate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality before shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to facility
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
