Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Manage inventory with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks
- Process orders and prepare items for shipment using packing materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
