Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Reporting: Update inventory records and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate a busy warehouse floor.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- License: Valid driver's license required; Forklift certification is a plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
