Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (day/night options available)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
