Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare shipments for delivery by proper labeling and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
