Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Optimize warehouse organization and inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
