Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Verify the accuracy of merchandise against packing slips and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and fast turnaround times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
