Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic/international routes
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse machinery (certification provided)
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
