Responsibilities

- Develop and pitch novel business models and product concepts to C-suite executives
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Collaborate with R&D, design, and engineering teams to execute vision
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps and progress to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
