Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in ERP systems
- Operate warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for real-time tracking
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and variance analysis for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly physical inventory verifications
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations
