Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in real-time databases
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
