Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly full inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate warehouse transfers and shipment documentation
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation procedures
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's preferred)
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license (required for site visits)
- Forklift certification a plus
