- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS software
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process stock receipts, returns, and adjustments
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Audit warehouse storage and handling procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency in WMS and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
