Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate barcode scanners and WMS systems for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and barcode systems
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data analysis skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
