- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Update and maintain real-time inventory databases with 99%+ accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Conduct audits of warehouse stock and report variances to management
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for executive decision-making
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Valid Texas driver's license
