Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and verify documentation against purchase orders
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP platforms with zero tolerance for errors
- Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and prevent overstocking
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analyses for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and conduct quality assurance checks
- Train new staff on inventory procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
