Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the company database (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Label, sort, and store stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist in the preparation of outbound shipments and documentation.
- Identify and report damaged or missing inventory items to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or in a warehouse setting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for calculating stock levels and discrepancies.
