- Communicate with warehouse teams via phone/email for operational updates
- Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory databases using company software
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse workflows
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports
Qualifications
