Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with ERP systems
- Manage receiving, putaway, and dispatch processes for high-value tech components
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using barcode scanning and WMS software
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve stock variances
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and safety protocols
- Support annual physical inventory audits with precise documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control experience in tech/manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Experience with RFID/barcode scanning technologies
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
