- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using our proprietary WMS system
- Execute daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning technology
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize warehouse workflows
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control standards
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data literacy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associates degree in logistics or related field
