Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments and document discrepancies
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space utilization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Experience with barcode scanning technologies
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
