Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory movements.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Prepare and label stock for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and handling.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or potential theft issues.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline receiving and shipping processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanners and RFID technology.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
