What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions make a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly pack, seal, and label products for domestic and international shipments to ensure they arrive safely.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying incoming stock, as well as organizing inventory in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (after certification) and scanners to manage stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet daily targets.
- Reliability: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
