Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Collaborate with warehouse team to resolve stock variances and optimize storage
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation procedures
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficient in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
