Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate RF scanners and barcode technology for real-time inventory tracking
- Generate monthly inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve stock variances
- Maintain FIFO compliance and organize warehouse layouts for optimal efficiency
- Audit inventory data and implement corrective actions for accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning devices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
