Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for stock tracking and reporting
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Conduct quality inspections on received goods
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams for stock optimization
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
